Help me name this pup!

Got a new Plott male pup last night.
He's out of:
River Bluff Brindle Cowboy Up
and
Little Indian Creek Reba

He will be Wagner's___________

He's got the houndiest ears of any Plott I've ever had, looks like he could trip over them. So a couple ideas the wife and I cam up with were:
Wagner's Tripped Up (call name "Tripp")
Wagner's Floppy Joe (call name "Joe")

Tell me what you think of these and add your own ideas too. A couple pics are below.
Thanks!!

HAte Naming...

But WHO CARES? that is the cutest plott pup ever...LOL... Those pix are something else... He has the cutest pout. Looks like he'll be able to wrap you around his little finger and get away with murder etc... We could NEVER raise a pup here... we'd ruin it so fast.... THAT one looks SO easy to spoil...
OK... love bothe of the names but how's about if you added "all" to the first one? not sure if it gets too long then? but "Wagner's All Tripped Up"

love Floppy Joe too... LOL.. Good luck with the pup! I'll see if Bob has any suggests when he looks... I KNOW he'll think the pup is cute as can be....

Thanks Heather.

Yeah, he's pretty cute. We got him to replace my favorite dog after an unfortunate event made us have to get rid of him. I said to my wife, "No pup will ever replace Sam." Well, I guess I was wrong. I already like him a little too much. Now if he'll just be as good a cooner as Sam was I'll be super happy.

I love the suggestion about adding the word all. That's great and we may go with it.

Obama....no, I'd rather not have a pup that reminded me of him everytime I called my dog.

Keep 'em coming guys. Naming a pup is hard and I've about run out of names!

Noooo.... it just shows how nice and DARK that pups eyes are! LOL...

PlottChaser,
I did read about what happened with your other dog... that is a tuff thing for you to have to deal with. I KNOW my bluedawg would EAT a person who tried to wrong one of us.. Of course we want them to be protective... I think you are probably right that that dude encouraged your dog to bite him... some people are creeps... Hope he ends up in a good home and pleases his new person! We had a coonhound who bit our son. HE made us not euthanize and we'll always regret it... she attacked him worse the second time, unprovoked. She lived a bit longer with GOOD muzzle and a Dog Psychiatrist but was euthanized when she got the muzzle off... Can't take the risk. HER behavior is REALY rare in any of the coonhound types... she had "rage syndrome" SO... anyway I know where you're coming from with your dog and I am sure you are making the right decision. Am REALLY glad you are liking this pup... looks like a special friend!

Have FUN! AND... can't wait to see the final decision on a name! Heather

Ok guys, we took a vote here in the Wagner family and the winner is:

Wagner's All Tripped Up

Thanks Heather for the suggestion on the additional word and everyone for your feedback.

"Tripp" is gonna be spoiled around here between me, my wife, and three boys.

Comes from good breeding. Hope he makes a good one, cause I don't see being able to get rid of him even if he doesn't. We Wagners get too attached to dogs and have a hard time letting them go.

With the parents being a Cowboy and an Indian.....

Think I would have gone with Wagner's Wild West.

That's a good one! Didn't think about that one. My boys had already settled on Tripp though so I think that's what were sticking with.
