Water proofing clothes??

I remember a few months ago seeing some stuff on TV that you could wash your clothes in and make them water proof. The product claims you can wash a 100% cotton shirt in this solution and it will come out water proof. If I remember correctly it was called Frog Skin? I know it was Frog something anyhow....

Has anyone tried this? Did it work well or not at all? I might try to look it up and see if I can figure out what the name is and order some to see if it works. I just thought maybe someone has tried it or could tell me the name of it?
