Yes, you can use Frontline Plus on pregnant dogs. Don't use the Frontline Spay.

IF I HAD A PREG. FEMALE I WOULD NOT USE ANYTHING THAT GOES INTO THE BLOOD OR MILK STREAM, HAVE THEM UP TO DATE ON VAC, AND WORMED, AND FLEA FREE WHEN THEY ARE BRED. THEN LEAVE HER BE IF YOU USE ANYTHING USE A LITTLE SEVEN OR A QTIP DIP IT IN RUBBING ALCOHOL AND TOUCH THE FLEES AND THEY WILL DIE INSTANTLY WHEN ALCOHOL TOUCHES THEM. IF SHE HAS SOME FLEES THEY WONT KILL HER IN 60 DAYS SO DONT TAKE A CHANCE OF PUTTING A HARSH FLEE KILLER LIKE FRONTLINE ON HER, IT MAY NOT HURT BUT WHY CHANCE IT.
