I live coal mining country I have had mine lose signal and not pick back up one time, when several coal trucks went by where dog was treed right on side of the rode they were on.I had to add the collar again before it would every pick it back up.I seen somewhere that high powered radios like a CB would mess them up.Its only happened once though I usally pass or have trucks go by where I have turned loose every night.I loose signal several times a turn out,but usally picks right back up before I can get my truck ant.hooked up to it.I've lost signal at 100 yards, and then sometimes still picking dogs up over a mile away,I think it depends on where I'm at and where the dog is,I live in the mountains of East TN.I also have White Lighting LED head and It's not made mine loose signal?
