need some help

a buddy of mine just got a pretty good dog and he dont have time to put him in comp hunt and he wants me to hunt him so what i need to do to be able to put him in hunt with my name not on the papers

Have his easy entry card. Put your buddy down as owner and you as handler on the draw slip

Tim, youre name doesn't need to be on the papers to be the dogs handler. Anyone can handle a dog for someone as long as they aren't bared.

You will however need either the dogs easy entry card or actual papers. When you go to sign up for a hunt there is a section of the entry slip that asks for handlers name, adress, and phone number. That's all you need, hope this helps answer youre question.
