Cumberland VA hunt

I havn't been coon hunting since my grand dad gave it up about 10 years ago. My question is , is is acceptable to go to a trial even if your not running dogs. There is one in Cumberland VA this weekend that I am thinking of attending. I know w/ beagle trials, many times women , kids, etc. come and enjoy the day. Thank you in advance.

Country Boy...

Shoot yeah. Join in the fun!!!

There's no law in UKC that says if you dont enter a dog, dont come. How else is someone supposed to learn what to do! Most trials are not liscensed, but a few are.

Go, watch the dogs, talk to people, have fun!!!
