Garmin Problem

My Garmin will not pick up the collar. The collar blinks twice like its picking it up but on the reciever it just shows a question mark and dosnt say the distance or anything. Ive tried deleting the collar and resetting it and everything but nothig is working

Had this problem once. The screw attaching the antenna lead to the GPS collar unit was lose. It's found by removing the metal plate on the collar unit.
