need some info on dc20 collars

i just bought a used dc20 collar,i know nothing about them,it has a charger,when i plugged it in a light came on,on the collar,then a little while later it went out,im assumeing its a charge light?any way to turn collar off an on?like to know alittle about it,its be switched to a dc30 style,an my new garmin astro 220 should be here to day thanks Sean

That light you are talking about is a charging light.( little blue light) when it goes off it has a full charge! To turn it off and on there should be a little button on the side I think. It has a flashing red light to let you know when its on.
