Has anybody tried to call UKC in the past week ?? I tried last week and after sitting on hold for at least 10 minutes I get a recording saying it was going to be 30 plus minutes before someone answered. Today I try to call again and after sitting on the phone for 12 minutes I get a recording saying "your estimated wait time is 46 minutes". Come on....this is terrible service. Maybe it's time to hire another person to answer the phones there. I even sent an email off last week Thursday asking my question and that goes unanswered too.

with winter classic there may not have been anyone to help last week. weather could play a role in no one answering the phones either.

this is a perfect reason for online services!!!

They had a message on there main page this weekend that there phones were down and that they were working to get them going again.

a new system has been installed up there and it is giving them a lot of nightmares. I talked to some employees of UKC at the Winter Classic, and thats how i know. They ask we be patient, and rest assured they are working on the problem and want it repaired as badly as we do.
