I am sure all these places are great places to coonhunt. If you are moving there just to coonhunt though, you might want to consider the winters. Probably cut your hunting down the 3/4 of the year.

The hunting is pretty good and the coon are big.

Generally, The closer you get to the river the steeper the terrain gets. There are good clubs in all of the areas you listed.
