Entry 430 at Winter Classic Think I'll get to hunt?

Or will I get wait listed? If we hunt what do I need? Tennis shoes, knee boots, hip boots, boat, mule?

Yeah you'll hunt.

Just all depends on what to wear. I'd say hip boots, and something warm if I was guessing.

Must be flat. Hope it cools down. 70 here today. Hunted in a flat swamp last nite. Treed 4. Shot one out. Killed 2 cottonmouths. Thought if the cottonmouths were out maybe the ole gator would be out too, so in fear of losing my Winter Classic entry I pulled out and headed back to the hill country!

Yeah its mostly flat with a lot of water. Probably a lot like what you're used to over in MS.

it is not as bad as what they say .mosquitos havent been that bad this year at least they are not out anymore ,havent seen a cottonmouth in three months .ive also got coon ,but your dog needs to be tough,it is thick. i found it is easyier to just push threw than try cuttin a path to the dogs and followin my brighteye reflectors back out . you will need a pair of waders ,i have a few spots it could get knee deep but i wont turn out there if i dont need to .
