Coon hunters of Indiana support your Hoosier Tree Dog Alliance, HTDA is here for you the coon hunter. The first step in making a change is by you paying your dues and becoming a member. Without HTDA I would not have known how to handle the situation that happend. The evidence was very, very evident that the story from the defendant did not go along with the evidence story, thanks to the autopsy, x-rays, pictures of where dog laid in yard from where the defendant said he shot. In the picture you could see the gate and the tall grass that grew around the bottom of the gate with weeds entangled in it, the defendant said that he closed the gate, no way I could have the evidence that I had without knowing what to do and being prepared for the tragedy that happend. Needless to say, I am glad this is overwith and put behind us, I now have a half brother to the dog that was killed, he is 14 months old and showing alot of promise. Thanks to everyone that has wrote, called and shared with me. It does not bring back Banjo but it does help make a wrong a right and hopefully set a precedence for the future.
