I have a 5 y/o dog out on trial, the guy called me and said on the 3rd day at his house he wouldn't eat. Ate the first 2 days ok, when he didn't eat the first day he gave him some canned dog food but he wouldn't eat that either, tried some gravy on top of dog food still didn't eat.
I had wormed the dog with Valbazen prior to him coming to get him (3 days in a row).
He was eating fine when he left and ate some for him.

Any ideas why? Dog is only about 2 hours away and I have hauled him alot further than that.


He is going to call his vet today.

Might have a bitch comeing in heat up wind from him. Some just go off there feed when they travel. Might ask him to get the same kind of feed you feed.

I think maybe he is homesick, the fella called and said he was drinking water ok just not eating.
