I'm unable (don't know how) to post pics .I have tried to post them like i do on other sites and i just noticed at the bottom of my forum rules it states that i MAY NOT post Attachments. What gives? am i missing something or does UKC pic and choose who can post attachments ...

Yes your missing something.
Bottom left under Forum rules, look for "(IMG) code is on".Click on that and follow those directions.
