We need your help and participation at the Third Annual Hoosier Tree Dog Alliance Banquet. If you attended the last two years you know this is an awesome occasion to get together with your fellow hunters. The HTDA has once again reserved the Jonathon Byrd Banquet Facility to hold our annual event. We will be holding many live auctions and raffles. This year there will be no business meeting, just plan on a relaxing night of fun and fellowship. The entertainment will be new Country Music Sensation, Matt Hicks. Along with the entertainment we will have a great meal and we are sure you will enjoy yourself! There will be state legislators and influential IDNR officials in attendance that want to hear from you. What a great way to wrap up our coon and squirrel seasons. Come and join us in an entertaining atmosphere that will allow us to swap hunting stories, raise some funds and recognize our gracious supporters from 2009.

So, clear your schedule now for Saturday, February 6th, 2010 at Jonathan Byrd's Banquet & Conference Center, http://jonathanbyrds.com/ 100 Byrd Way Greenwood, IN 46143 (317) 881-8888. Exit #99 off I-65, go west, and turn left to Jonathan Byrd's Banquet & Conference Center. Doors Open at 5:00 PM, we will adjourn at 9:00 PM.

Your $20 annual dues include, admission, one meal ticket and raffle tickets. Guest meal tickets are also $20 each. Children under 3 eat free. To ensure your banquet reservations please R.S.V.P. with your personal check or money order by Saturday January 9th with the number of members and guests attending.

Note: We cannot take walk-ins the night of the banquet!

If you are interested in playing a role and putting some time into making this banquet a success there is plenty for you to do. We need merchandise for raffles and auctions, advertising, folks to sell admission tickets, members to work the floor and the list goes on. How important is it that you have the right to free cast your dog in the state of Indiana?

How important is it to have Indiana laws on your side if your dog gets shot?

How important is it that someone is staying on top of IDNR issues coming down the pike so you don’t have to?

Is it worth a little bit of your time, energy and a $20 investment for your hunting pleasure and the preservation of our heritage for future generations?
