ukc judges in southern california

hello, my name is antonio. i really need to get a hold of a ukc judge in southern california. i have called every ukc judge listed in california. i have left messages and no one has returned my calls.
there is a 1% chance the litter i just had might be dual sired. the ukc dna department told me that i need to get the dam ukc registered, since she is only adba, before they can move on to do the dna test. i have tried for 4 weeks to get a hold of someone to judge my female.
anyone have any suggestions

You could video tape your dog and send everything directly to UKC.

Sandy's right. The application will tell you exactly what you need to do for the video. You can do the video instead of having the dog inspected.
