I have lived in Kansas my whole 39 years. worked for Kansas Dept. of Transportation for 15 years and i have never seen it snow as hard as its snowing right now here!!!!!!!

7-10 inches of snow expected here over the next 4-5 hours on top of the three inches of sleet we have gotten through the day. We have had way more snow out of a storm before but not this amount in such a short time. on top of that winds are blowing 40mph and gusting up to 70 at times. 14 degrees, wind chills of -4. never have figured out the wind chill thing, -4 we have a couple times through the year but when the wind isnt blowing doesnt seem as cold as a -4 wind chill when its attached to a 40mph wind.
