If your dog keeps shakin' his head like that he can actually rupture his ear drums. My brother in law just paid $600 bucks for his Blue Healer to be taking care of. All because of an Ear infection. I hope this doesn’t happen to your dog.

I THINK IT IS A FUNGUS ON HIS EARS BECAUSE IT IS ONLY ON THE TIPS, BOTH WERE DOING IT AND I GOT SOME STUFF FROM WHERE I WORK CALLED BLUE KOTE ITS A SPRAY, FOR FUNGUS AND GERMICIDAL SPRAY. THE ONE EAR GOT BETTER BUT DIDNT KNOW IF IT WAS FROM THE SPRAY HE DONT SHAKE HIS EARS ALOT. JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE HAD SEEN OR HEARD OF THIS. ITS JUST ON THE TIP.

Sounds to me like he's got ear mites, which causes them to shake their head and the tips will get sore raw. But most of the time, the mites are down in the ear. You can get medicine from just about any store, or some better at the vet.

im not saying ur rong but i thought my female bluetick had ear mite i thought i was sure she did but i took her to one of my freinds that was a vet tech and she took her ear and smelled it and a dog that has mites they stink bad like it will almost make u puke and her ears just smelled like wax really bad and she got this stuff called EPI-OTIC and cleaned them adn she got a lil farther down and she was yulping and she said she had a infection in her ear casue she had so much wax and moistur and she gave me that cleaner and some meds and that cleaner has a drying agent unlike proxide and water and stuff like that it dryes the ear out and she is doing alot better so if u have problems with ear wax or just want to keep the ears clean i recomand EPI-OPTIC
