Discussion on rule 6 O

Dogs will be scratched :
6O For running or molesting stock(Only one offense)

The conclussion we came to was (Only one offense) needs to go away .one opinion was when it happens scratch the dogs if that is the case why the ( Only one offense) stated after. The other opinion was they get one offense a scratch on the second if that is the case then state it On second offense for running or moledsting stock again (only one offense ) needs to be deleted.

Whats everybody think.

It's wrote like that for registered dogs. They can molest off game and only take a minus. If they molest livestock even once they are scratched.

Should be scratched the first time they molest stock whether it be registered, NTCH or GRNTCH cast.

My Point

Then all it needs to say is
For running or molesting stock

your scratched period with (Only one offense ) added now people with try to twist it around.

Not for sure where your from, but first offense means the first time it does it. There is no second time because its scratched on the first one.
