Yeah Jeff, I've just been waiting for you to come up with another ingenious idea that we could promote. You're the idea guy! Let me think on this one and I'll get back to you soon.
As far as the religion thing to avoid taxes, that shouldn't be too tough. I was once an interim youth minister at a little country baptist church so I'm definitely qualified!
But if we're gonna be amish-like, I'll have to figure out how to grow a good full beard (never had much of one). This might be a problem for others who come on board with us too! Do you have any contacts that carry hair growth products?
