I really need to know....

My dog just gave birth last nite to 7 pups and only 3 made it. She is only a year old. How long after birth does it take for the mama to eat and drink and get up and go to the bathroom? She hasn't had a bowel movement since or ate or anything. I am really worried about her. Could someone help me please.
