Quickest way to dry a female up?

My pup will be weaned in about a week and a half. Need to know the quickest way to dry up grandma so I can get her back in the woods before kill season. Any replys appreciated.

Blanketback, the best way I know is do rub her utters with vick's vapor rub. I used it on the last female I had to have pups and she dried up in about a week. Hope this helps.

We use Camphophonique (camphorated oil) to dry up our females. It will dry them up to where you can't hardly tell they had pups. You can buy it at most pharmacys, it comes in a little green bottle.

On the first day of weaning, take away her water, for just one day.
And I've always used bag-balm on her for the next week or so.

WD40

I do hope you're joking. WD40 is toxic and shouldn't be used on the skin. It's readily absorbable and will cause liver damage both to you and your dog.

The label doesn't tell you to wash it off your skin with soap and water for no reason.

Beth
