Michigan hunters?

My buddy just got transfered to Flint for work and he said the law was for non-resident he would not be able to hunt until he has been there for 30 days. I told him I thought he could not hunt until our state of Ohio season came in! He is also looking for someone that might be close to the area that might keep a dog and hunt with him. He is a good hard hunter! Has a gr.nt.ch. male that gets along with anything

I am not sure what the regulations are, but I can check fairly quickly.

There is a bunch of coon hunters around the Flint area, and I sure someone might be able to help. I would if I had the kennel space, but I am full up.

I work in Flint and live in Clio. He is welcome to contact me.

Mike is correct. I just copied and pasted this from the DNR website.

Nonresident Fur Harvester License

Nonresidents may hunt and trap furbearing animals only from Nov. 15 through the regular season closing dates. A nonresident cannot purchase a license before Nov. 15. Residents of Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and the province of Ontario, cannot purchase a Michigan nonresident fur harvester license.
