I hear the same from everyone....very, very smart, accurate, big mouths for such small dogs, speed and plenty of drive. My dog minds like a human..never needs a leash. I've been 300 yards from the truck and tell him to load and he'll be in the box waiting for me when I get there.

I'd call Keith Medley.Judging by the way Skuna River Willy dominated in his cast at SS the man knows how to breed and train coondogs.Id like to see some pics of his pups.

I hunted with one off Lockbox last night. No bigger than a beagle.

lockbox is a great stud cause he throws the same traits into every female. though i have noticed rat attack females throw the best pups and skuna river crosses well also. ive hunted a dozen of these pups and they pretty much have been all the same. early starting, independent, very accurate, track minded pups. when they tree its their. keith and willy put on a clinic in the 1 yr old spring ss. they have the go and they have the coons. very smart as well. in my opinion hes the best. was up at keiths monday and ole box was just runnin loose. he seen us pull up and he wanted in the dog box. wants to go huntin!!! lol
