As long as the purchase date for the gyp, on the back of her papers, is listed as being before the date of breeding, then you can sign off on the litter applicaiton as the owner of the gyp at the time of the breeding.
You can send the gyp's papers and the litter application in to us together in 1 envelope. You can also put both of those fees on 1 check or money order.
