A guy I know has a nice bluetick female. The guy he bought her off of sold her to him for one of his friends. But before he got the papers, they got into a disagreement and he never got the papers. He can call the person he bought her from and get the name of the sire and dame. How can he get replacement papers on her?

Sticky situation, He cant just do that, without the papers, and the owners signature on the back, UKC cant just send you new papers based on the name.
As far as they are concerned the dog still belongs to its original owner.
In this case your hound is a grade dog, until the guy relinquishes the papers. But he may just destroy them to spite you. Good luck.
