 How to register 2 pups?

New owner of 2 8week old male Rat Terrier puppies. Seller gave me copies of the Sire and Dame of litter registrations. One is from United Kennel Club and other is from Universal Kennel Club. Will I need anything else to register my pups? The registration link is bit confusing with how to.

If you have the Application for Permanent Registration from the United Kennel Club, just complete that form and send it in to us along with the fee. You can fold the application and put it in an envelope. Nothing else is needed.
