i have a 5 yr old female that i just noticed that when u lift her tail up fluid squirts out her rearend...was wondering if anyone knows what this is from and the fluid stinks very bad thanks youi for your help

if it is off colored it could be fluid from her anal sacs...they may need expressed...(drained) but you may want to have her checked to be sure..

Check the owners manual, a five year old hound needs it's rear trans-axle gasket replaced or it will leak and have gear problems. Or it just needs her anal glands cleaned out. Rubber glove time, good luck. Lots of how to's on the web for what to do.

thanks for all your help im going to get her to the vet so this can be takin care of

the reason for lifting her tail up is because she was constipated for a week and i got that taken care of then i noticed this fluid coming out

never had a dog do this before so it was new to me and just wanted to make sure it was nothin to serious
