We have a dog that will tree a opposum once in a while. Have done everything I can think of to break her.Seems she is broke for a couple months at a time...then bam...at it again!!)

What are some of the methods u all have used to break? Thanks

Mine is the same way so whenever you figure it out let me know!!! LOL!!! Mine has been fried, beat, kicked, and then beat some more. Like you say she will stay straight for a while then one night she will pull up on a greaser!!!

That was a miracle on our farm, and that dang dog turned out to be awesome coondog with goats 20 yards away. Coon minded.

Catch a possum put a collar on it with a three foot chain tie it to the dog and let it rot off if the dog kills it,I saw it make the best coondog I have ever had the pleasure of hunting with.It was not my dog

I will break your dog off possum, and guarantee it for as long as you own the dog for $150.00. Tom 580-765-4308

In a little over 25 years of hunting I have owned 2, totally 100 percent possum broke dogs and I diddn't train either of them
So guess it can be done, just not sure how.
