ID these worms

I worm my dogs every month like clockwork. I use D-Tab tablets. This weekend while cleaning out my pens, I noticed these worms near one of my dog's stool. The worms were about 3/8" long and while in color...almost translucent.

Any ideas on what kind of worms these are? The dog seems perfectly healthy. There's not blood in her stool and she doesn't seem like she's loosing weight.

I'm working on getting a picture up, but photobucket isn't working right now.

Yup, tapeworms. About the size and shape of a grain of rice. You usually see them on the stool, or on the dog's butt - sometimes you'll see a whole string of them together. Most all purpose wormers don't get tapeworm - you have to use something specific.
Small amounts of tapeworm don't really affect a dog's health, but should be dealt with promptly, as people can get tapeworm too.
When you worm for tapes, you generally won't see them pass through like other worms - the wormer acts by dissolving the outer protective coating on the tapeworm, so essentially the dog just digests it.

also, try to control any flea problem. I was told that tapes come from dogs eating fleas.
