The cars in the back ground look older than late 70s.

I don't know who it is, but I would venture to say Duane Clark and SPR is a good guess.

By the way, I am pretty sure those are very similiar pants to what Allen was wearing at AO Saturday night when he sneaked into the main bulding from behind the curtain.

All I can say is, I can relate to the picture a little.
Never had a dog like that but had plenty of those pants in my closet. Can't tell if he has his white belt on or not and of course you had to have white matching shoes. lol
