Good By Old friend
Got A Call last night from Rex Russel JR. His Dad Had passed away Back in July Rexton Russel Of Madawamkeg Maine He was a True Blue Man for sure He new his Blue dogs He had old Pedigrees that dated Back to the 40,s of ancesters of his Blue dogs. He used to tell me storys of Camping on the Banks of the saco River and hunting the river Banks and treeing Many coon Rex did not have a license so he would walk his hounds every whare he wanted to hunt .he wasnt much for comp hunting at all but he did tree many coon in his lifetime . he had called me in July and wanted a Blue pup I have some of Rex,s Blood hear I told Rex no problem I ll have one for Ya He did not have a phone so I had kept the pup hear waiting for him to call or right .he never did I guess not long after he had called me about the pup he had Passed on. I think Rex was 78 years old He will be missed . Stay Treed Old Friend . John
