Complaints are handled in the order they are received. Please give me your first and last names and tell me when you sent the complaint in to us and I can check on it for you. Also, did you fax the complaint in or send it via regular mail?

I have checked with our Complaint Department and they have not received anything from you as of yet. When was the Complaint sent in to us?
