My friend just bought this pup and the owner had already filled out the back of the papers. What should he do? Can he white out the old name and put his own name?? PLEASE HELP THANKS

He cannot white anything out. What he needs to do is complete an Affidavit form. The Affidavit can be downloaded from our website or I can mail it to you or directly to him. If you'd like me to mail it, please send me a P.M. with the person's name & address that you want me to send the Affidavit to. Also, please mention on the P.M. that you need an Affidavit form.
