i have the opportunity to by the 100b model for 35$ all i know is that they dont make it any more. i have an innotec system right now.what if any problems should i look for and are they repairable its not alot of money so it might be worth something right?

Save your money, invest in a new system, buying old used shock collars is something I shy away from, you can run into bad batterys, which will cost ya 40-60 bucks to replace for transmitter and reciever or it could quit working and you would need to send it to collar clinic and have it refurbised for 150 bucks. Save your money and buy a new one, that way you will get a 2 yr warrenty and your up to date speaking. Those old collars with antennas are junk, the brush around here will eat them up quicker then you can buy them, I wouldn't buy anything but new. But for 35 bucks if the batterys are good in them etc, might be worth a try, thats chump change.

I traded one in that was over twenty years old and it still worked great. It had been repaired twice in that time. The dealer sold it for the trade in price, I went to a two dog system, so someone got a good deal. If it works, buy it.

thanks ,i did buy it it is the model 100b-420 there is no manual but it does seem to have all the pieces so if i cant figure it out i will be back with more ?s if any one is familar with this model input is appreciated. the lady told me that tritronics will give 15% for it on trade and it works now so i dont see how i could go wrong.
