I called and talked to one of the nice people at UKC but on the litter reg. paper work on the dam I was told to send her application for permanent registration at the same time as her litter registration. So on the litter registration what do I put for her UKC number?

Leave it blank. They will assign her a number and use that when they process the litter application.

Actually, on the Applicaiton for Permanent Registration is the pup's UKC number. That's the number you would want to put on the Litter Application, as the dog's number will not change.
