Due to the overwhelming support of the 50th Annual Autumn Oaks (in terms of nite hunt entries) we have added two separate satellite clubs for the event that were not listed in any of the magazines. This in an effort to assure we have enough guides to give everyone on the Wait List (entries 601 or higher) an opportunity to hunt at this historical event.

The Deer Creek Coon Hunters Club in Greencastle, Indiana as well as the Western Ohio Tree Hound Association in Harrod, Ohio have agreed to participate in the effort. I owe a huge thanks to Tom Hacker, Jamie Coolidge, Vern Newland and Vanny Griggs. These fellas have stepped up to the plate and are helping me out tremendously. I owe each of them big time!


So, for entries 1 - 600 .........

....if you are hunting and live close to Greencastle, Indiana or Harrod, Ohio and would like to guide your cast from those satellite clubs; please notify me of such. It is important to notify me of such no later than Wednesday, August 26th prior to 4:30pm. Otherwise, it is quite possible that we cannot make any changes for you. For all Entry Numbers 601 and higher.........

Your entry will not yet be drawn to a scorecard, therfore, you can notify me either in the same manner or simply at Autumn Oaks when you confirm your entry on the day you wish to hunt.
