Help me with this junk

Has garmin come up with a new charging system for there collars yet? I am having trouble with mine charging. Yes I keep it cleaned.

I too

have trouble.I've got 3 collars and 1 of them is a real pain to re-charge.

On the front of the plug that slides into the collar it has a little lip on it. Shave that little lip off and the plug can slide a little further in. It helped mine a lot.

I keep a bottle of rubbing alcohol. Use it to clean about every third charge and occasionally clean out the port with a toothpick. Its worked well for me.

BEEN CHAMPFERRING THE BACK OFF TO 45 DEGREES FOR THE LAST YEAR TALKED TO GARMIN THEEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO CHANGE BUT I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE. USE A DDIE GRINDER TO SHAVE OFF .

maybe every one needs to call in & complain maybe they will get something done alittle faster. I need a couple more collars but not till something gets done about this prob.
