Are they still gonna let campers inside the fairgrounds and when are the fairgrounds gonna open?

Grounds open at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday morning. $30 fee per night for Tues and Wed which is charged by the grounds. Free camping Thurs, Fri and Sat.
