I received registration papers and an easy entry card for one of my puppies.

While the name on the registration papers is correct, the name on the easy entry card is not.

How do i go about getting this corrected?

Send the EE card back to us along with a signed statement as to what's wrong with the card and what the correct information should be. Let us know that the papers were OK. Send the note and card to our address, to the attention of our Corrections Department.
