pictures

I filled out papers at a hunt.An inspector ok'd the dogs. Do I still need to send in pictures if an inspector viewed the dogs at a hunt?

If an inspector signed off on the applications, then you do not need to send the pictures.

Tommy Moman signed off on them but I received a letter from UKC asking for pictures.Tommy saw all three dogs.One dog hunted but scored nothing and I have since lost her. The other two are her pups and earned tree contest points. Do I still need to register the lost momma dog? Can you call Tommy? 334-749-6809

I have pulled all 3 applications and have them on my desk. There is no inspector signature anywhere on the applications. I have looked at them closely, both front and back. No inspector signature on them. That's why we sent you the letter(s).

two were on white paper that i downloaded. it asked for signatures on back. i had tommy sign those. the other was a form he had in his hunt packet. i saw nowhere for him to sign. I can send some pics but hoped i cld speed this up. been waiting a while now.

I understand. All I can tell you is that I've pulled the applications, and on those applications there are no inspector's signatures. I've checked the front and the back of the applications.

Yes. You can e-mail the pics to: registration@ukcdogs.com
Be sure to reference the single control numbers somewhere in the e-mail. (The subject line is fine. Be sure to include all 3 control numbers).

I'm not showing them in the Registration in-box. What did you list as the subjects of the e-mails? Also, when did you send them to us?

Sent about 8:45. I received confirmation on Cain/Palin but not on Kia. I sent Kia about 8:15 or so.
