single registering a dog with AKC ILP#

Quick question.

My Pomeraniac, Bobby, was surrendered to the SPCA where I worked several years ago.

He was registered AKC, and the registration certificate was included... but never signed over.

I went and put an AKC ILP # on him. Besides, I wasn't particularly thrilled with his registered name!

How do I go about getting a single registration on him, to be able to do obedience and rally?

Do I use his actual AKC registration, or his ILP? He is definitely a purebred Pom, just has alopecia issues.

How does that work?

Inquiring minds wanna know...

Has the dog been spayed or neutered?

Oh definitely. He doesn't realize it though... thus the nickname 'lil humpy dog'...

The SPCA where I worked required neutering of all adopted pets.

If you want full registration with us, you can use the AKC Registration Certificate and one of our Applications for Single Registration, or you can use one of our Limited Privlege Applications, in which case we don't need a copy of a registration certificate from a UKC acknowledged registry.
