change of hands

From what I understand a small group felt they could manage it better, so the dedicated workers and members were voted out!

Now, the club is about to fold up! Very very very sad. That was one of THE strongest and most respected clubs to visit or be a part of! Now, there is nothing left!

Lets see ??? The "members" were not voted out they were not voted into a leadership position so the dedicated members stoped coming to the club along with there so called following.
The club sure could of used the help too.

I dont know where you get your info from, but please tell why this club is about to fold??? Let me guess from the " dedicated members" ??

No hunts-

Mid-summer is the time Bellevue does not have hunts.

I thought Bellevue did a really nice job running the 3 day American Redbone Days in 2008, and the same members are currently there. I know Bellevue has a lot of there hunts in late summer and early fall. They also had a RQE in March, so I believe they are far from folding up.

Bellevue Club

I'm not sure if any events before, but the Black and Tan Sectional is always the first weekend of August.
Trish, your always welcome to a club meeting. Last Sunday of every month at 3pm.
Jeff, Thanks for the comments. Yes Redbone days went wonderfully.

It is really surprising that people who grow up in this great country fail to understand democracy. The majority vote for what they want. The rest must understand and wait their turn, and help out during the interim period.

As for Bellevue folding up, they are in a better cash situation than that club has been in several years, even with lower turnouts.

Again, democracy in action. All Members - election is at the October club meeting. If you are interested in being elected, come to meetings and make your intent known.

Hopefully work will change & I can attend more hunts in the future as always times change & so must we. But hats off to all PAST& PRESENT members . And I do need to pay my dues again for 2009&2010
