Dremel w/ large round sanding bit. Done in 5 minutes, yeah sometimes a bit of blood, but if you do this every week, the quick will pull back in and you can get the nails nice and short. Other option, go to the vet, knock her out and have them cut them back farther. Would be very painful for her for about a week or so, not my choice, but is an option. I've used dremels on all my dogs nails for the last 18 yrs. There is nothing else I will use on them. Fast, safe and usually painless.
Side note...if you have long hair, pull it back in a pony tail, I learned the hard way of getting my hair wrapped up in the dremel. Twists it right into the scalp and is a devil of a thing to get untangled.
