Last night (Sat.) Tim Grigsby was pleasure hunting 2006,2007 Purina Redbone Champ. when someone stole him right off the tree. Tim was within a couple hundred yards and seen it all happen and couldnt get there fast enough to stop it. Someone grabbed him off the tree, loaded him in the car and drove off. He found the tracking coller about a mile down the road in the sideditch. He has all the happening still recorded on his garmen and the house they took him to when they loaded him in the car, and the local authorities still will not do anything. Keep your eyes and ears open if you hear of anything as Tim and his family are beside themselves as quad was a large part of his family with his kids and wife. Thank you for reading! Todd

Tim, Words can't describe how bad I feel for you! Why won't the police do anything? That seems strange to me! If you want to go talk to some folks at that house give me a call & I promise I will be there to help! I'm old & fat, but I don't scare real easy, & I'm to fat to run!! First of all Tim wanted me to thank everyone for their concern! he really appriciates it!

Update:
After some STRONG encouragement by Tims wife Keri, the authourities finally are starting to come thru. A detective was in contact with Tim today. Needless to say, the suspect(mans house who the dog was loaded into a car) has a rap-sheet a mile long. The detective swabbed the guys mouth for DNA, and sent that and the tracking coller that was found in the side ditch to Bowling Green to be analized. If found matching the law is committed to the fullest penalty, however i would say that would be the least of his worries when Tim got done with him!

Tim would give it all up tho, just to have his dog back.

this is completely outrageous. The guy that would stealhound off the tree is about as low as you can get.
I have no idea why the authorities were slow to act, but if there's anyone we can call or write to spur them into timely action, please let us know. Meanwhile, you have my prayers that Quad will get home in good shape ASAP
