Just about any print shop can make them - Staples has a deal - I think it's about $20. Some of the self-serve photo printing booths (like at Walmart, etc) can also do them pretty cheap - you just take the pictures you want in a disc, and they print it out as a calendar right there.

Go open yourself a free store on CafePress, upload your pics and make one yourself Then you buy it at your cost and they do all the work. I have one of the big wall calendars and they're nice...very well done.
