Not sure about Billary, but I know that Pelosi books plush Multi million dollar Gulfstream jets owned by the taxpayers through the military to fly her around. And in fact she has to book them well ahead of time so because of the lack of availability of the G5's that she likes for their luxury. So she ends up booking every date that she "might" want to fly somewhere and often ends up having a crew and jet ready to go on the tarmac and ends up cancelling it. All at taxpayer expense! I read all about this kind of stuf in my pilot magazines.
