Help with sick dog.

A buddy of mine has a dog that the vets around here cant figure out whats wrong. She had a bad pregnancy 3 or 4 months ago. They did a c-section pulled out 2 dead ones one was mummified the other was rotting. She hasnt been right since. Her lips are purple, her gums are beat red. She dont eat right. She used to have a ton of fire. Now she wont even jump in the dog box. Will hunt a little while and come back. Her eyes seem glazed over. The vet did a blood test said there was no infection in her and just gave her some pain pills said it was probaly scar tissue. Hasnt done her any good.

MR Full House.

This may seem crazy, but your hounds harmones may be out of whack. It does happen, sometimes after having pups, or in your hounds case a miscarrage.
She should come out of it, in time, but this could be whats wrong with her.
I have seen it before, be patient she will come around.

Thats is what happens in humans when they don't have enough oxygen in their blood.Maybe your vet botched the operation and she has a bleeder or he didn't put something back right.
When they did the blood test did they do a Complete work up?
