ARISE COONHUNTERS and other hunters
Here's a guideline for ALL states to "roll up their sleeves."
We need a list of State Reps & Senators NATIONWIDE, along with their priorities related to HSUS plans.

We feel the time has come to formally announce the formation of:
Indiana Animal Owners Alliance. We are dedicated Hoosiers who assembled
nearly 5 years ago and began a plan to defend the rights of all owners of
all
species living in the State. Time has marched on and today we find
ourselves
facing the fight that we, years ago, feared would descend upon us. The
Indiana
Animal Owners Alliance may be a bit ahead of the curve, in that we have a
plan
for incorporation, which is in the final stages of crafting; we have
tremendous
support from leading experts, Walt Hutchens, Ken Sondej, and Linda Witouski
to drop a name or two. With the support of these individuals and others,
we
feel we are in a great position to coordinate the efforts of Indiana's
owners.
At this time, conversations regarding "where to send money" is, in our
opinion a bit premature. We would rather secure "pledges" with which we
could
calculate the depth of a War Chest if the situation calls for it to be
opened. Our
effort is not limited to the "purebred dog community" but rather we seek to
embrace ALL owners of all species regardless of the purpose their animal(s)
serve. The legislation that was slammed across these United States in the
month
of February by a monstrous animal rights organization is currently under FBI
investigation. How could this happen? "This" happened because we were ill
prepared and busy tugging and tossing personal opinionated barbs at each
other.
It is time to unite, put differences in our hip pockets and develop a united
voice that will not be still or quite; time to develop a voice that will be
heard above all others; time to go to work and defend our constitutional
rights
that are being threatened!
In an effort to stop the tyranny of those few a big voice, on this 19th day
of February in the year of 2009, we declare this our INDEPENDENCE DAY. From
here forward the Indiana Animal Owner's Alliance stands ready to serve the
owners of Indiana, working to preserve the heritage of animal use and
ownership in
Indiana.
Our web site will be up and functional within the next 48 hours.
Pledges of financial support, should it become necessary to secure a
registered Lobbyist, may be sent to: Julie Nover-Horn at Snodipity@AOL. com
Roll up those sleeves and let's get busy,
Julie Nover-Horn
