Anyone know what the final P.P value was for 2008 ?

I got about 5 points on a female, I think that will be over $600. So do they take taxes out of that ? If they do take out taxes do the take them out befor sending you the money or do the send you the full amount and a 1099 ? just was wondering just got my taxes done for last year and thought of this. I was told if you win more than $600 you got to pay in ?
